Homewood Suites Opens Hotel in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, Texas—Homewood Suites by Hilton announced the opening of its newest property in Dallas, Texas. The new downtown Dallas hotel, which was formerly the United Fidelity Life Insurance building, showcases Homewood Suites’ adaptive re-use program which converts historic and existing buildings conducive to an extended-stay footprint.

The 10-story, 130-suite hotel, owned by Lowen 1025 Elm, will create 25 permanent jobs and is managed by Lowen Hospitality Management.

“In the heart of downtown Dallas, our modern, all-suite hotel provides business and leisure travelers a convenient location with easy access to the best the city has to offer,” said General Manager Mindy Dennis. “Beyond offering guests added value amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi and daily full-hot breakfast, our hotel makes it simple for guests to be at home whether that means making a midnight snack in their fully-equipped kitchen, taking a quick swim or even shooting hoops.”

Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown offers studio, one, and two-room suites, with additional guest amenities including a full evening meal with drinks Monday-Thursday in the hotel’s hospitality center; 24-hour on-site pantry; complimentary grocery shopping service; indoor heated pool; fully-equipped fitness center; golf simulator; theater and billiards rooms; indoor half basketball court; eight flexible meeting rooms; and 24-hour executive business center.

Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown joins other adaptive re-use hotels from the brand, including properties in Denver, Indianapolis, Hartford and Nashville.
