Holiday Inn Express Opens in Northeast Philadelphia Following Extensive Renovation

ATLANTA—IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) announced the recent opening of the Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE – Bensalem following extensive renovations.
The hotel is centrally situated in suburban Bensalem midway between downtown Philadelphia and historic Bucks County.

The 141-room, three-story hotel provides a variety of amenities including an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a meeting room, and a 24-hour business center. Guestrooms feature a 42-inch HD flat screen TV, iPod docking station, queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair and an in-room coffee machine. Rooms also include desks with ergonomic chairs, free high-speed internet access, and free local phone and toll free, phones with private voicemail and complimentary USA TODAYnewspapers. The complimentary Express Start breakfast bar features a full range of breakfast items, including a rotation of egg and meat selections, biscuits, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, the brand’s proprietary cinnamon roll, and Smart Roast coffee.

Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE – Bensalem is owned by 1329 Bristol Pike Associates and managed by Growth Properties under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
