Hilton Worldwide Signs Agreement for Hilton Hotel in the Philippines

MANILA, the Philippines— Hilton Worldwide today signed a management agreement with Travellers International Hotel Group Inc. to manage Hilton Manila in Newport City in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines. The agreement will bring the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel to Manila.

Scheduled to open in 2014, the 350-room, 10-story hotel will offer one all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar and lobby lounge. It will also have a fitness club, an indoor pool, a spa, a ballroom and other function and meeting space as well as a car park.

The hotel will be developed by Alliance Global Group, Inc. and Genting Group, and connect to a 30,000 square meter entertainment and hospitality complex.
