HEI Hotels and Resorts Announces Promotions

NORWALK, Conn.—HEI Hotels and Resorts has announced several promotions and organizational improvements. Anthony Rutledge, CEO and managing partner of HEI Hotels and Resorts, the parent company of all HEI-owned subsidiaries, announced the following promotions and organization improvements:

Ted Darnall, chief operating officer, will be promoted to the position of CEO of HEI Hotels and Resorts Lodging and Technical Services Company, the company responsible for all of HEI lodging services, management, design, renovation, and technical services. Clark Hanrattie will be promoted to the position of managing director, responsible for all of HEI’s investment and disposition activities, and will retain his role as CFO for all HEI subsidiaries. Both Ted Darnall and Clark Hanrattie will continue to report to Anthony Rutledge.

In addition, Tory Waterman, senior vice president of Hotel Finance, will be promoted to the position of executive vice president of Hotel Finance, with continued reporting to Ted Darnall. Dan Walworth, vice president of Operational Planning, will be promoted to the position of senior vice president of Operational Planning, with continued reporting to Ted Darnall.
