Group Makes Bid for Grosvenor House, Plaza

    A U.K. multifamily office and two Middle Eastern partners have made a $1.3 billion bid to acquire the Grosvenor House hotel in London and majority stakes in The Plaza and Dream Downtown hotels in New York.
