Joe Salviolo was recently named director of food and beverage at The Gasparilla Inn and Club in Boca Grande, Fla. Saviolo’s experience in the hospitality industry includes 10 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he served as a food and beverage manager, beverage director, and operations manager. He also served as president of Twenty Nine and Wine Company and managing partner of Bloomin’ Brands.
“I am excited to be part of this legendary hotel in beautiful Boca Grande, working with a talented team of professionals,” Saviolo said. “Whether I’m working with the chefs to create new menu items or planning a special event like the Beach, BBQ, Bourbon and Beer weekend in June, I want to make sure that everything is done with the same impeccable style that has always defined The Inn.”
