Four Seasons Launches Food Truck

To highlight the culinary talent at Four Seasons Hotels across the country, the luxury brand has launched a food truck that is hitting the road this fall and serving up street-side specials to local communities.

The Four Seasons Food Truck will visit eight Four Seasons hotels in three states and travel over 1,000 miles along the course of the tour. At each destination, participating properties will take over the truck for one week to execute mobile menus that are inspired by the host city. The truck will be stopping in Palo Alto, Calif., San Francisco, Calif., Santa Barbara, Calif., Beverly Hills, Calif., Los Angeles, Calif., Westlake Village, Calif., Scottsdale, Ariz., and Santa Fe, N.M.

“Food is a passion for us at Four Seasons and we are always seeking to share that in inspiring and exciting ways, whether it’s through a Michelin-star dining experience or the perfect beer and burger pairing at one of our gastropubs,” says Guy Rigby, vice president of food and beverage in the Americas. “We want to keep our chefs engaged in something that is very relevant and the food truck movement fits the bill. It’s fun, unexpected and will foster the notion that Four Seasons does things differently.”

Following its completion, a portion of the total proceeds of the tour will be donated to Chefs to End Hunger, a charity that works with hotels, restaurants, and food service operations across the country to redistribute excess prepared food to those in need.
