First Even Hotel in Southeast Announced for 2018

MIAMI—Epelboim Development Group, a full service development group specialized in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, and IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) today announce the development of a new build EVEN Hotel in Miami which will be the first EVEN hotel in the Southeast. EVEN Hotels is IHG’s newest lifestyle hotel brand, and was created with wellness at its core. The brand is designed to help travelers Eat Well, Rest Easy, Keep Active, and Accomplish More, making it ideal to better serve wellness-minded travelers in the Miami area.

The 189-room EVEN Hotel Miami–Airport, expected to open in early 2018, will be located in the Palmer Lake section of the Miami International Airport. Miami is a great market to expand the EVEN Hotels brand given the significant business presence from several major industries, including aerospace, finance, commerce, entertainment, and international trade. Miami is also a major global gateway to Latin America.
