According to Warren Sheets of the hotel’s interior design firm Warren Sheets Design (WSD), “We wanted to capture the most inspiring aspects of Austin itself in the warmth of the brown and honey beige hues; in the pristine white and blue linens and carpeting, evocative of its bright expansive skies.”

Fairmont Austin is located in the heart of the lively Central Business District, and tucked alongside the greenery of Palm Park and Waller Creek, with exclusive and direct access to the Austin Convention Center.

Guestroom furniture will be modern in design combining Ebony veneers, quarter cut Asia oak, zebra and cherry wood construction and include a graceful chaise lounge, chair and sidetable. Custom designed, rich carpeting will consist of 6” bands premium cut & loop pile in tones of honey and blue.

Fairmont Austin in room amenities will include iron, ironing board, bedside device charging hub and reading lamps, Keurig coffee machine, flat-screen HDTV, and a radio and work desk with ergonomic chair. Dynamic framed artwork by renowned Texas photographer John R. Rogers will place an elegant finishing touch to the room.
