DoubleTree by Hilton Opens First Hotel in Huntsville, Alabama

MCLEAN, Va—DoubleTree by Hilton announced the opening of an upscale, full-service, all-suite hotel situated in Huntsville, Alabama. The 149-room DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Huntsville South, formerly a Radisson, is owned by Enterprise Lodging of Huntsville, LLC, and operated by Yedla Management Company.

In an announcement, Rob Palleschi, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton, said, “DoubleTree by Hilton now invites our loyal travelers to stay with us in Huntsville. The guest suites at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Huntsville South feature two-room suites, each with a private living room with sofabed, microwave, mini fridge, work desk with ergonomic chair; a choice of one king size or two queen size beds in the bedroom; two 42-inch, high-definition, LCD TVs; MP3-compatible alarm clock; plush Sweet Dreams by DoubleTree Sleep Experience. Complimentary wireless high-speed internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Huntsville South features more than 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the largest of which is 1,300 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 150 people. The hotel offers a 24-hour self-service business center and complimentary printing service that includes print-from-your room convenience. For guests who wish to keep up with their workout program while traveling, a 24-hour fitness center and outdoor swimming pool are available.
