Début Hotel Group Signs Agreement for Time Hotel Nyack

NEW YORK—Début Hotel Group, Hampshire Hotels Management’s visionary collection of lifestyle hotel brands, has announced the signing of an agreement with boutique development house WY Group for the newly-constructed 133-room Time Hotel Nyack, located at 400 High Avenue, Nyack, N.Y.

Expected to open this fall and built in an industrial loft style within a former factory, the hotel features views of the Hudson River and Tappan Zee Bridge, seven suites, approximately 3,500 square feet of meeting and event space, a business center, recreational dipping pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bike program, local shuttle services, and a Tesla charging station. Additionally, the hotel will offer a lounge and dining scene yet to be announced.

Nestled in one of Hudson Valley’s most scenic locations, the hotel is less than a mile from downtown Nyack, with its established art and culinary scene, as well many other regional attractions.

“Having just reinvented our Time Hotels brand, we are very pleased to debut the Time Nyack, just a short distance, but a world apart, from our flagship Time New York Hotel,” said Eric Danziger, president and chief operating officer of Début Hotel Group and Hampshire Hotels Management. “We are excited to partner with developers Michael Yanko and Kerry Wellington of WY Group to deliver an exceptional, distinctive experience to travelers looking for both a progressive and refined lodging experience.”

The hotel is expected to host travelers from the New York Metro area, New Jersey, and around the Mid-Hudson Valley who are looking to take in the area’s cultural offerings of street fairs, farmers markets, and art walks as well as a mix of corporate and consortia guests.

“Having worked in Nyack intimately for years, we are excited to partner with Début Hotel Group and Hampshire Hotels Management to bring the first-ever lifestyle hotel to the Rockland area,” Yanko said.

Construction financing on the project is provided by Procida Funding and Advisors.
