Cobblestone Hotels Opens its Fifth New Build Hotel in North Dakota

NEENAH, Wis.—Cobblestone Hotels announced the opening of its Cobblestone Inn and Suites and Convention Center in Bottineau, N.D.

“This property is a great addition to our brand”, says Brian Wogernese, president and co-founder of Cobblestone Hotels. “Each Cobblestone Hotel has it’s own characteristics yet we continue to maintain a wonderful brand consistency.”

The hotel has a 500-plus person convention center attached, and is the first Cobblestone Hotel with a Convention Center. “This extra space was built with high hopes to stimulate the economy even more,” says Jim Bortz, vice president of development with BriMark Builders, the developer and general contractor for the property. “Communities across the country are looking for a brand that will work with them and Cobblestone Hotels was a great fit for this smaller market.”

The Cobblestone Inn and Suites features 45 guest rooms, with amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators, coffee service, free high speed Internet, and flat panel televisions in each room. The property will also feature an on-site cocktail lounge, exercise equipment, guest laundry facility, and a convenience store. A complimentary hot breakfast bar and weekday newspaper will be available daily as well.
