Buccini/Pollin Enters Philadelphia Market

    Buccini/Pollin has entered the Philadelphia market with a number of acquisitions, including the Omni Hotel Independence Park in Old City. Today, the company expects to close on its purchase. It will become a Renaissance next year, after completing renovations.

    Additionally, two hotels in King of Prussia, the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia-King of Prussia and the Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia will be run by Buccini/Pollin’s hotel management affiliate, Pollin/Miller Hospitality Strategies. Valley Forge Investment Corp. will retain ownership of an Embassy Suites in the area that Pollin/Miller will operate.
