Video: Hotels Helping Employees Get Back on Their Feet
 I've written about the the organization Back on My Feet in the past and how the nonprofit helps homeless individuals change their lives and find jobs through counseling, training programs, and, of course, running. The program uses running to to create self-sufficiency and discipline in the lives of those in need.
Back on My Feet partners with White Lodging and Marriott International to help individuals find jobs in the hospitality industry. The organization focuses on resume building, financial literacy, and interview skills, along with a running regimen to make sure candidates are ready for a specific job within the hotel industry.
The program makes a big impact on the lives of those involved and provides hotels with employees who are dedicated to working hard and changing their lives. And to get a glimpse of how this program makes a difference first hand, check out the video posted by Back on My Feet highlighting some of the people who are now employed in positions at the JW Marriott Indianapolis through White Lodging.
