The Reserve Opens in The Langham, Boston
Visitors and locals now have a new place to kick back and indulge in Boston with the opening of The Reserve at The Langham, located in the bustling financial district of the city.
The new lobby lounge and European-style champagne bar opens to the public this week following an eight month $6 million renovation to the hotel’s 6,000 square foot lobby.
“The Langham, Boston is a timeless hotel with great historical significance to the city,” said Serge Denis, managing director of The Langham, Boston. “With the transformation of our lobby, we worked to preserve that history, blending modern and classic elements to create a visually stunning grand entrance that enchants our guests. The opening of The Reserve, an elegant champagne lounge, provides our guests with a third unique dining and entertainment option within the hotel, which will further enhance their experience.”
The new, open lobby was designed by CBT Architects and offers a redesigned concierge area, a revamped entrance, and more social spaces to fuel guest interaction. The Reserve features purple and gold custom-made leather banquets and tailored high-back chairs with a white Italian marble floor and dark-wood mixed-height dining and conversation tables that seat 60.
Executive Chef Mark Sapienza’s menu features a daily continental breakfast and as well as nibbles, light entrees, and desserts throughout the day. Libations include a wide selection of champagne and wine served by the glass or bottle, along with an extensive list of domestic and imported beer.
