Blackstone Group has sold the London Hotel in Midtown to a sovereign wealth fund for $382 million, reports the New York Post. The transaction took place on Nov. 11. The buyer assumed the mortgage of the $154 million and purchased the furnishings and fixtures.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority is expected to retain the current management team.
