After opening one year ago, the AC Hotel New Orleans Bourbon/French Quarter Area has sold to California-based Pacific Hospitality Group from NewcrestImage, LLC, reports The Times-Picayune. Located in the historic Cotten Exchange building, it was the first North American location for AC Hotel by Marriott.
The development and management company purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
