Hilton Worldwide today announced continued expansion of eforea: spa at Hilton, its global spa concept. Previously found only at seven properties owned or managed by Hilton Worldwide since debuting in late 2010, the turnkey spa solution is now available to franchise owners across the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Embassy Suites Hotels brands, according to the company.

eforea: spa at Hilton is intended to offer a spa solution with consistent standards, customizable key elements, and ease of implementation. Franchise availability is expected to expand the eforea concept's global pipeline, which includes more than 90 locations in development at Hilton Worldwide managed hotels.

"The success of eforea: spa at Hilton demonstrates what our company, Hilton Worldwide, does best—provide best in class solutions for property owners and compelling reasons for today's travelers to choose Hilton," said Jim Holthouser, global head, full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. "eforea has been well received by spa-goers and hotel developers around the world. Our concept can make opening a new spa faster and cost-effective for our hotels and it  is poised to expand and enter new markets at a rapid pace."

According to an announcement from Hilton Worldwide, eforea: spa at Hilton "provides a cutting-edge spa concept that meets guests' needs around the globe while also being cost effective and easy to implement." The spa's design concept is intended to ensure consistent spa installations globally while honoring local cultures and a sense of place. Design standards are complemented with the ease of standard operating procedures, global supply agreements, training curriculum and an exclusive treatment menu, which can make opening a new spa simpler.

eforea: spa at Hilton also offers owners an online booking engine, pre-opening support, sourcing and distribution of retail products by L'ITYA, Vitaman, Kerstin Florian, and Peter Thomas Roth.

"We are optimistic about the new potential for growth of eforea: spa at Hilton as we work with our current and potential owners to help them meet the needs of today's travelers," said Tyra Lowman, senior director, global spa, full service and luxury brands, Hilton Worldwide. "From our signature treatment journeys to core design elements and global marketing, we are focused on building consumer preference for eforea and helping our hotels excel in the competitive spa environment."
