Wyndham Vacation Rentals Continues Expansion in North America
Wyndham Vacation Rentals, part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands, announced that it has acquired the Smoky Mountain Property Management business. Located in eastern Tennessee, the Smoky Mountain Property Management Group offers more than 400 upscale cabins and condominiums in the high-demand mountain destinations of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

Our growing portfolio in the United States, which already offers travelers access to vacation rentals in some of the most sought after ski, beach, golf and tennis resort destinations, will now also include hundreds of well-appointed and very well located one to 12 bedroom luxury cabins in one of the most popular mountain vacation markets.”
The Smoky Mountain Property Management Group consists of a collection of locally known brands that include Legacy Mountain Resort, Majestic Mountain Vacations, Sherwood Forest Resort, Sugar Maple Cabins, The Preserve Resort and Gatlinburg Cabins Online. These Tennessee resort locations will join the Wyndham Vacation Rentals portfolio, which features more than 25 established brands across the world including ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, The Resort Company by Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Steamboat Resorts by Wyndham Vacation Rentals in the United States.
