Wyndham Opens The Mining Exchange in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Opening day has arrived for The Mining Exchange, A Wyndham Grand Hotel. The first full service hotel to open in Colorado Springs in over 27 years is also the only luxury boutique hotel in Colorado Springs. This property is part of the exclusive Wyndham Grand Collection which currently totals only 29 hotels worldwide.

"The Mining Exchange, A Wyndham Grand Hotel, is a great representation of the distinctive attributes and style found within the Wyndham Grand Collection's portfolio of hotels," said John Green, brand Senior Vice President, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, in an announcement. "We're proud to welcome this one-of-a-kind property to our growing Wyndham brand family and look forward to providing Colorado Springs visitors with first-rate service and accommodations."

The hotels contains 117 guest rooms and suites, set in three downtown historic buildings. The property features high ceilings, crown molding, large stone showers with dual shower heads, granite desks, and hand crafted furnishings.

The hotel also features over 10,000 square feet of function space, an outdoor courtyard, a business center, and complimentary wired and wireless High Speed Internet Access, and an onsite fitness center.
