Hostmark Expands with Twelve New Properties

SCHAMBURG, Ill.—Hostmark Hospitality Group has announced the addition of twelve hotels to its current management portfolio.
Located in Midwest markets in the states of Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin, the hotels represent Hilton, IHG, Carlson, Wyndham, Choice, Best Western, and independent brands. Hostmark Hospitality Group was chosen as manager because of its experience with underperforming assets and will implement operational improvements to maximize short term cash flow and build long term value of the properties.
“The expertise of Hostmark’s transition and operations teams is clearly on display with twelve acquisitions in just eight weeks,” stated Jerome Cataldo, President, in an announcement. “With our extensive turnaround experience and resources, owners and lenders know that Hostmark can deliver on its promises to provide seamless conversion to new management, assess property and staff strengths objectively and quickly discern modifications needed to create a more successful and profitable environment.”
