Boomerang Hotels Opens New GuestHouse International

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.—Boomerang Hotels announced the opening of the newest GuestHouse International Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arks. The resort is a 43 room mid scale property owned and operated by Cam Hospitality, Inc.

As a part of the Boomerang Hotels Organization, the newly converted Eureka Springs Swiss Holiday Resort will be able to keep their unique identity while receiving customized support from their assigned Boomerang Franchise Service Manager. Boomerang will help position the property effectively in their market to maximize ADR, occupancy and RevPAR.

Christine Mazili, president of Cam Hospitality Inc. said, “The GuestHouse International brand allows me the flexibility to operate our property based on my market conditions. I have very much enjoyed the personalized service and attention they have given me.”

Terry Kline, senior vice president of franchise development for Boomerang Hotels said, “We are pleased to have Cam Hospitality and their Eureka Springs resort hotel join our growing family of lodging properties.
