Hyatt has taken over the Chateau Bourbon in New Orleans and will launch the Hyatt French Quarter in mid-May. This marks the third Hyatt hotel to enter the New Orleans market during the last year. The property underwent an $18 million renovation which included upgrades to the hotel’s 254 guest rooms, as well as the hotel exterior, lobby, landscaping, and pool and deck area décor.
